Heating installation, four-storey office building
- Initial situation: The installation company started work by welding seamless black steel pipe. One floor took five workers 12 days.
- Delay risk: The interim deadline was at risk and the part-finished pipework was blocking follow-on trades from starting. The schedule began to slip.
