Preventive maintenance
1–2 working daysRegular maintenance every 10,000 presses, as recommended by the manufacturer. Oil change, hydraulics check, pressing-force test.
Calibration and pressing-force test
1 working dayPressing force verified on a calibrated gauge. Calibration certificate for the project handover file.
Breakdown repair
2–5 working daysFault diagnosis, replacement of parts, function test. Genuine Zupper spare parts.
Seal and cylinder replacement
1–2 working daysReplacement of the cylinder sealing rings, the pressure relief valve and other wear parts.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often does a machine need servicing?
The manufacturer recommends preventive maintenance every 10,000 presses. For a typical installer that works out at roughly once every 1–2 years.
Do you service machines of other brands?
We specialise exclusively in Zupper machines (BLM-1930, ED-1550, ED-60100). For other brands we recommend contacting the relevant distributor.
How much does a service cost?
The price depends on the scope of the work. Preventive maintenance from CZK 2,500 excl. VAT, repairs according to the diagnosis. We always give you the price for approval in advance.
How long does a service take?
Preventive maintenance and calibration take 1–2 days. A breakdown repair takes 2–5 days, depending on the availability of parts. Express service by arrangement.
Can I bring the machine in person?
Yes. We are based in Zlín (Tečovská 1239, 763 02 Zlín-Malenovice, Czech Republic). By arrangement we can carry out the service while you wait.
Is the service work covered by a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on service work and on replaced parts.
Do you need a service?
Call or write to us — we will agree a date and the scope of the service. We are based in Zlín, so you can hand the machine over in person and have it serviced while you wait.
