Enter the serial number from the rating plate on the tool and you will see how long its warranty runs.

Where do I find the serial number?

On the rating plate on the body of the tool — usually under the handle or on the underside. It is either a code starting with a letter (C130250984642) or an eight-digit number on the BLM-1930. Spaces and dashes do not matter.

What else affects the warranty

Besides the period, the warranty is also limited to 30,000 pressing cycles and assumes the prescribed maintenance after every 10,000 cycles as set out in the manufacturer's manual. It does not cover normal wear, operation outside the specification, third-party intervention or the use of non-original parts.

This check is indicative and based on our records of tools sold. Whether a repair is covered by the warranty is decided once the tool has been inspected at our service centre.
