Up to 60% faster installation
PRESS in 5 days what a welder can do in 12
Stainless steel press and grooved system of fittings and pipes 15-323 mm. Up to 3x cheaper joint compared to welding.

Why installation companies switch to TAVINOX
One quality of AISI 316L fittings - fewer mix-ups on site. One material, one supplier, fewer variants.
- Installation speed: Press-fitting is up to 60% faster than welding. On large projects this means saving entire weeks.
- Project value: AISI 316L is the premium standard. Lifetime 50+ years. Corrosion resistance. Increases property attractiveness and value.
- Risk elimination: No fire risk. Double detection of unpressed joints including LEAK-DETECT system. Minimum complaints.
- Lower labour cost: A regular installer can press-fit after 2 hours of training. No welders needed. Multiple workers can press simultaneously.
- Complete range: Solutions from main runs to end connections (15-323 mm). One supplier for everything.
- Guarantees: Liability insurance CZK 50M, fast dispatch from stock in the Czech Republic, 5-year warranty (8 years when the system is installed by an installer trained in the TAVINOX online training).

Economic impact up to 54 mm and the potential of freed-up capacity
In summary: up to DN 50, pressing is cheaper than welded steel. From larger diameters upwards, however, pressing proves to be more expensive. Our reasoning is that large diameters are far less frequent on site, so the saving on the smaller sizes feeds through to the project as a whole.

Up to 60% faster installation
More joints per hour, same team. Press-fitting replaces welding without loss of quality
Up to 3x cheaper joint
Installer instead of welder. Press-fitting instead of welding.
