General Terms and Conditions

I. Introductory provisions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the 'GTC') govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a contract of sale concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through the B2B portal at tavinox.com.
  2. Seller: CZECH STYLE, spol. s r.o., registered office at Tečovská 1239, Malenovice, 763 02 Zlín, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 25560174, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ25560174, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 33582.
  3. Buyer means a legal entity or a self-employed natural person who concludes a contract of sale with the Seller through the B2B portal. TAVINOX sells exclusively to wholesale partners.
  4. Provisions deviating from the GTC may be agreed in the contract of sale. Such deviating provisions take precedence over the provisions of the GTC.
  5. The GTC form an integral part of the contract of sale. The contract of sale and the GTC are drawn up in Czech. This English version is provided for information only. The legally binding version is the Czech original.
  6. The Seller may amend or supplement the wording of the GTC. This provision does not affect rights and obligations that arose while the previous wording of the GTC was in force.

II. Orders and conclusion of the contract of sale

  1. The B2B portal contains information about the goods, including prices. Prices of the goods are exclusive of VAT (wholesale prices). The offer and the prices remain valid for as long as they are displayed in the portal.
  2. To order goods, the Buyer contacts the Seller by email, by phone or through the B2B portal.
  3. An order sent by the Buyer constitutes an offer to conclude a contract of sale. The contract of sale is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order, in particular where the goods are not available or where the Buyer has previously breached its obligations towards the Seller.

III. Prices and payment terms

  1. Prices of the goods are stated in Czech koruna (CZK) exclusive of VAT. For partners abroad, prices may be stated in EUR.
  2. The Buyer may pay the price of the goods and the costs of delivery:
    • by bank transfer to the Seller's account,
    • in cash on collection in person at the Seller's premises.
  3. Invoices are payable within 14 days as standard, unless agreed otherwise.
  4. Pricing terms are governed by the TAVINOX Loyalty Programme (BASIC, BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD levels) according to the turnover achieved.

IV. Delivery terms

  1. Methods of delivery:
    • Collection in person — Tečovská 1239, 763 02 Zlín-Malenovice.
    • Delivery to an address — through a contracted carrier.
  2. Goods held in stock are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of the order being confirmed. Available through 30+ outlets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  3. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods on receipt. If the consignment is damaged, the Buyer draws up a damage report with the carrier.

V. Returns and exchanges

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Between businesses this is a voluntary contractual commitment of the Seller, not a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
  2. The goods must be returned in their original undamaged condition, in the original packaging, complete and unused.
  3. Goods can be returned:
    • In person — at the premises at Tečovská 1239, 763 02 Zlín-Malenovice.
    • By post — to the address of the premises. The Buyer bears the cost of return.
  4. Goods may be exchanged for another size or type from the TAVINOX PRESS range at no additional charge.
  5. Refunds are made within 30 days of the returned goods being delivered, using the same payment method as the original payment.
  6. No restocking fee is charged for returning or exchanging goods.
  7. Please notify your withdrawal from the contract by email at info@tavinox.com, stating the order number and the reason for the return.

VI. Warranty and warranty claims

  1. An extended manufacturer's warranty of 8 years is provided for the TAVINOX PRESS system. This does not affect the Buyer's statutory rights arising from defective performance.
  2. Liability insurance for damage caused, up to CZK 50 million.
  3. Warranty claims are governed by the relevant provisions of the Czech Civil Code. Please make your warranty claim by email at info@tavinox.com.

VIII. Dispute resolution

  1. The body competent for out-of-court dispute resolution is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2 — www.coi.cz.
  2. Online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  1. The contractual relationship is governed by Czech law.
