What is the TAVINOX PRESS system?
TAVINOX PRESS is a stainless steel press fitting system for drinking water, heating, cooling, compressed air and other technical media installations. It is manufactured from austenitic stainless steel AISI 304L and 316L, uses the industry-standard M-profile and an O-ring with Leak Detect functionality that visibly signals unpressed joints from 0.1 bar via a blue indicator. The full product range is stocked in the Czech Republic.
Is TAVINOX PRESS an alternative to Viega Sanpress or Geberit Mapress?
Yes. TAVINOX PRESS is a professional stainless steel press fitting system designed for the same types of installations as premium stainless systems Viega Sanpress, Geberit Mapress or Sanha NiroSan — particularly drinking water, heating, cooling and technical media distribution. It uses the industry-standard M-profile, AISI 316L fittings (304L variant for heating) and its own Leak Detect system for unpressed joint detection.
Is TAVINOX PRESS compatible with press jaws from other manufacturers?
TAVINOX PRESS uses the standard M-profile. It can therefore be pressed with common M-profile jaws from manufacturers such as Klauke, Novopress, Rems or Zupper. Our catalogue offers our own machine range (Zupper BLM-1930 19 kN up to DN28, ED-1550 32 kN up to DN54, ED-60100 65 kN up to DN108) as well as individual jaws and rings for large diameters.
For which installations is TAVINOX PRESS designed?
TAVINOX PRESS is suitable for: drinking water systems (DVGW W534), heating and cooling, technical gases, compressed air, solar systems, sprinkler (fire suppression) installations and fire safety distribution (PAVUS per VdS 2100-26), process and service water in industry. The medium specification determines the O-ring choice (EPDM, FKM or HNBR).

TAVINOX PRESS carries DVGW certification (drinking water), ITC (heating and drinking water), PAVUS (fire safety installations), EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001. The material of fittings and tubes complies with EN 10312 (tubes) and EN 10088-1 (stainless steels).
