The R8-19ZU intermediate jaws connect the R8 series of angled press jaws to the BLM-1930 machine (19 kN). They let you press stainless steel fittings in tight, hard-to-reach spaces — behind walls, in corners, at ceiling level. Without intermediate jaws, R8 press jaws cannot be used.

What are intermediate jaws for?
Connects R8 press jaws to the BLM-1930
Fit the intermediate jaws to the compact BLM-1930 press tool and attach an R8 angled press jaw. Required for every R8 size.
Tight, hard-to-reach spaces
The angled design of the R8 press jaws reaches where a straight jaw will not fit — behind walls, at ceiling level, in corners.
Sizes M15–M28
For the R8-M15ZU, R8-M18ZU, R8-M22ZU and R8-M28ZU press jaws. 19 kN is not enough for an M35 stainless steel joint — the R8-M35ZU belongs on the ED-1550 with the R8-32ZU intermediate jaws.
