How to choose the right machine

Work out the pipe diameter

Detached houses and domestic pipework = typically OD 15–28 mm → BLM-1930. Larger apartment buildings and commercial premises = OD 28–54 mm → ED-1550. Main runs and risers = OD 76–108 mm → ED-60100.

Consider the type of building

For smaller installations and refurbishments, the BLM-1930 is enough — 2.1 kg, one-handed work. For professional installations across a wide range of sizes, choose the ED-1550. For industrial projects with large diameters, the ED-60100 is indispensable.

Combine the machines

Professional contractors usually combine the BLM-1930 (or the ED-1550) with the ED-60100 to cover the whole range. All three machines share the M press profile.
