The correct sequence: cut → deburr → press
Cut
Cut the tube square with the 00572.IN76 pipe cutter. Do not use a saw — you risk an angled cut and burrs.
Deburr
Deburr the tube inside and out with a deburring tool. This protects the O-ring and keeps the joint leak-tight.
Press
Insert the tube into the fitting up to the mark, fit the press jaw and press with the machine. The joint is complete in 3–6 seconds.
