The TAVINOX PRESS tee (FxFxF) is a stainless steel tee with three press ends. Using the TAVINOX PRESS system, you can install pipework quickly, easily and cleanly. TAVINOX PRESS provides a complete pipework system suitable for every conceivable application.

The TAVINOX PRESS Tee (FxFxF) is made from austenitic stainless steel, grade AISI 316L (1.4404), with 16.5–18.5% chromium and 10–13% nickel. The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar (PN 16), over a temperature range of −35 °C to +110 °C with an EPDM seal and up to +200 °C with an FKM seal. Product group TK10FFF covers 10 sizes: 15–108 mm, which corresponds to DN12–DN100 in ISO nominal sizes. The coefficient of thermal expansion of stainless steel tube is α = 0.0165 mm/m·K — on a 50 m run at ΔT = 50 K this means 41 mm of expansion, which has to be taken up by a U-shaped expansion loop or by a fixed point. The DVGW and PAVUS certifications cover use in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Poland. Selected sizes are certified for pipework in fixed fire-fighting installations (sprinkler systems). A press joint on the TAVINOX PRESS Tee (FxFxF) (M profile) takes about 5 minutes including tube preparation, compared with 25–30 minutes for a TIG-welded joint. Pressing needs no electricity or gas supply while the joint is being made (cordless machine, 19–65 kN), so the energy saved over 100 joints is about 300 kWh compared with a 6 kW welding set. That is the equivalent of about 150 kg of CO₂.
