Compressed air is one of the most expensive media in industry.
TAVINOX PRESS is a stainless steel press-fit system certified for oil-free compressed air class 1–3 per ISO 8573-1. Operating pressure 10 bar.

Why stainless steel for compressed air
In the average industrial distribution network, 20–30 % of produced air is lost through leaks. Stainless steel with press-fit joints solves this problem.
Zero internal corrosion
Galvanised steel in compressed air systems corrodes. Condensate combined with residual compressor oil forms an aggressive mixture. With stainless steel this does not happen.
Air purity without contamination
Stainless steel does not produce corrosion particles that in conventional materials contaminate pneumatic tools, cylinders, regulators and end products.
Smooth internal surface
Low pressure losses along the entire run. The surface does not absorb compressor oil or moisture. Unlike galvanised steel.
Resistance to condensate
Condensate naturally forms in compressed air distribution. Stainless steel resists this environment without surface treatment.
Leak-tightness
Unlike threaded joints that loosen over time due to vibration and thermal cycling, press-fit joints remain tight throughout the service life.
Vacuum resistance
The TAVINOX PRESS system is certified for vacuum distribution for non-medical purposes (down to –0.8 bar at ambient temperature).
